I’ve been less active the past two weeks, and I’ve decided to post less now. I won’t stop posting or close my account, but I’ll try to balance my time better so I have more time for programming and making music. Now that I’ve shared this, here’s the first of two posts for today.

Ifeye is back! After their debut last spring and their fantastic comeback with ‘r u ok?’ last summer, they’ve released another EP called ‘As if’, featuring the title song ‘Hazy (Daisy)’. The lyrics capture that dreamy, giddy stage of having a crush when someone is constantly on your mind. She can’t sleep, hears their voice everywhere, and feels a mix of excitement and fear because her heart is already racing toward them before she even knows what will happen. In the music video, the members themselves take on the role of Cupid, helping other people fall in love.

This line shows both confusion and fear: she does not know how to handle what she feels, and she is terrified the other person might notice.
